About the role
As an intermediate or senior lawyer in the team, you will advise on a full range of corporate matters, including M&A, takeovers and capital markets transactions. You will work closely with clients to develop and implement their legal strategies, and you will have the opportunity to lead on complex transactions.
What you will bring to the table
• 4 to 7 or more years PQE, including private practice and/or in-house experience.
• A strong track record of success in advising on large scale M&A, takeovers and capital markets transactions.
• In-depth technical knowledge of corporate law and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
