Digital Marketing Specialist

For over 60 years, IQAir has been a leader in improving indoor air quality in residential, commercial and institutional markets. IQAir's vision is to assist people in living longer, healthier lives by providing products and services to help them breathe cleaner, healthier air. For our North American headquarters, located in La Mirada, California, we have an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Specialist. This position is hybrid and is expected to be on-site 3 days per week.

Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist's role is to maximize outreach and revenue through various platforms, such as, but not limited to IQAir.com, Amazon.com, Google campaigns and social media options. The Digital Marketing Specialist creates profitable advertising campaigns to drive digital engagement and product sales and displays products on e-commerce platform. This role will further provide customer focused experiences, promotions, offers and merchandising solutions in all IQAir's e-commerce channels.

Accountabilities include collaborating to determine the potential sales of products and services available online and meeting performance parameters; on-going evaluation of market trends; collaboration with marketing and category teams to create promotions and sales opportunities through a visually appealing, accurate and informative website and app.

Responsibilities
• Plan and execute digital promotional strategies to ensure increased sales, profitability and competitiveness in the market
• Ensure online marketplaces are maintained in an organized and logical manner that is consistent with the department merchandising plans and brand strategy
• Globally expand IQAir's exposure on Amazon.com
• Develop, negotiate and execute digital advertising plans working cross-functionally with pricing, promotions and marketing department
• Assist in online website content management; including product enhancement, photographs and up-to-date product information
• Collaborate with Marketing team members to review, scrub and make recommendations for improvement of Google campaigns; maintain and implement Google campaigns for maximum ROI and exposure
• Develop and ensure each campaign is designated for a specific persona or audience; be alert for generalization and blending of campaigns
• Collaborate with Marketing team members to build IQAir's social media; e.g. working with Influencers
• Coordinate resources to ensure all purchasing considerations are aligned with promotional, seasonal, ad and display programs, consistent with quarterly and annual merchandising plans
• Monitor costs and pricing integrity to ensure appropriate margins are maintained; monitor price consistency among vendors and the accomplishment of profitability marketing campaigns
• Become a subject matter expert on the customer journey to purchasing, identify any gaps and make recommendations; maintain optimum path to purchase
• Drive overall customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing efforts to engage customers across all digital channels
• Coordinate and plan digital content development and execution to drive higher customer engagement and sales
• Analyze market trends/sales and recommend changes to marketing and advertising strategies based on analysis and feedback
• Create and maintain relevant reports and KPIs that detail the effectiveness and business impact from digital merchandising activities to understand customer behavior on the sales platforms
• Research competitor's sites and their merchandising strategies
• Manage digital collateral
• Other projects as assigned
• Travel as needed

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or related field
• Superior knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel & Word
• 3-5 years of experience with Amazon marketplaces and/or Facebook ads
• 3+ years of consumer products experience
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Google campaigns
• Expert knowledge of Amazon.com processes and procedures
• Demonstrated understanding of the retail category development process and how it relates to achieving objectives
• Knowledge of project management
• Superior ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English
• Able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen

Other Requirements

May be required to attend and participate in professional development activities both in and outside the company to stay abreast of new developments and best practices.

At IQAir, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this position is between $75,000.00 and $90,000.00 ANNUALLY and most new hires start at $75,000.00. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.
