• Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to
- Provide decision making support for management team through insightful financial analysis
- Closely collaborate with business partners for various requests and projects
- Presentation and explanation of results to management
- Improve and optimize cost structure via expense analysis
- Analyze intercompany related charges monthly
- Contribute on process standardization & efficiency improvement for the department
- Take other jobs assigned by manager
Basic Qualifications
• 4 Year university degree major in accounting/finance
• Demonstrate initiative, leadership, good judgment and accountability
• Good communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Caterpillar businesses, products, suppliers and customers
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Desired Qualifications
• Accounting certifications
• Knowledge of digital data processing, e.g. Power BI, Python, VBA
