We are actively seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join a dynamic team to build and develop their HR function.

The successful candidate will play a key role in building and shaping their HR function. Responsible for owning, creating, and updating employee experience, ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures and legal requirements whilst driving the development of their talented workforce.
• Responsible for building the HR function
• Owning, creating, and updating compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Manage the seamless onboarding process for new staff, including contracts and employment verification.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including probation reviews, sign-outs, and exit processes.
• Provide counsel on complex employee relations issues, addressing grievances, disciplinary cases, and performance/absence concerns.
• Plan and direct employee training and development programs.
• Support line managers in managing Performance Development Plan processes.
• Maintain and update essential HR documentation, including the Employee Handbook, Behaviour Doc, and values.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws, health and safety procedures, and consistent application of policies.

Part-time
