A HR and Admin Coordinator typically plays a multifaceted role in a Region, encompassing responsibilities in human resources (HR), and administrative tasks.
Detailed Description:
HR Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Participate in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Onboarding:
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they complete necessary paperwork, receive necessary training, and understand company policies.
Employee Records:
Maintain HR records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
HR Policies:
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures as set by the Head Office in line with the Company Requirement.
Benefits Administration:
Help employees with benefits enrollment and assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Attendance and Payroll :
Coordinating with the team members and vendor for Attendance. And Salary processing.
• TADA: Coordinating with the team and vendor for travel expenses.
Employee Welfare:
Initiating Employee Welfare activities for Employee motivation and team bonding
Administrative Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Data Entry and Documentation:
Handle data entry and documentation tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
Travel Arrangements:
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees when necessary.
Communication:
Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails and phone calls.
Budgeting and Expense Management:
Assist in budgeting and managing expenses for the department.
General Support:
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed, including managing calendars and handling miscellaneous tasks.
Educational Qualification:
PGDM / Diploma in Human Resource Management
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Regional FMCG trade.
Beverage industry experience in preffered.
Additional skills / Certification:
Good command over English Language
Computer skill is a must
Reporting to:
National Sales Manager with a dotted line to the HR Head.
