Main goals and objectives:
• Execution of demanding planning processes and operations on dedicated projects
• Target-oriented analysis and rating of complaints in collaboration with the related departments in at AUDI CHINA / AUDI AG/ JV partner
• Independent tracking and evaluation of remedial processes
• Prepare recommendation for approval, documentation and reporting of results to project teams at AUDI CHINA / AUDI AG / JV partner
• Organization of cross-departmental status and approvals as well as conception and planning of reviews or tests in collaboration related business units

Responsibilities / Tasks:

Main Tasks –
• Execution of demanding planning processes and operations in-between an uncertain environment (planning, reporting, communication, negotiation and alignment)
• Ensure quality and efficiency according to the content defined in the work instructions
• Self-contained planning with high influence on time and/or budget
• Analysis, reproduction and evaluation of demands from other departments complaints
• Planning of project specific tests and special tests with the related departments
• Coordination and synchronization with workshop staff and related departments or management
• Collaboration and Knowhow Transfer with global expatriate and local employees (e.g. Audi China, VW China, JV (Joint Venture), Supplier etc.) in projects (Base on contracts, special services and compliance)
• Responsible for mentoring the interns of the team and coordinate their temporary tasks and projects
• Target-oriented analysis and rating of deviations in collaboration with the related departments
• Documentation, prioritization and categorization of demands from other departments
• Evaluation of demands and clarification of their impact on the department or project
• Definition and planning of remedial measures
• Independent tracking and evaluation of remedial processes
• Tracking and verification of remedial measures within the project phase
• Monitoring of project time plan and milestones
• Regular reporting / moderation of status own area of responsibility
• Prepare recommendation for documentation and reporting of results to project teams
• Active Participation in project specific and cross-departmental voting and approval meetings
• Independent presentations of status own area of responsibility / progress in the department and on management level

Necessary education:
• Master or Bachelor Degree in Automotive Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Working experience:
• Several years of working experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in the field of vehicle production or vehicle development
• Cross-cultural competence is a plus
• Expert level in process and product for all relevant tasks and advanced knowledge about interface functions

Remarks:
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
• Chinese and German language skills are useful
• Proficient MS Office knowledge
• Knowledge in working area (system, electrics, etc.)
