About This Opportunity

As an Invisalign Inside Sales Specialist supporting our expansion in New Zealand, you will work together with the field Sales, Clinical and Customer Support teams to remotely support Invisalign GP providers to help scale Invisalign growth in their practices and embrace the digital journey with iTero intraoral scanner.

Key accountabilities of this role will include the use of phone, email, and remote presentation software to develop GP providers along their journey with Invisalign and iTero.

In this role, you will…
• Engage and support active, certified doctors to build clinical confidence and develop potential for new cases
• Build strong customer relationships via phone and email
• Outbound calls to customers focused on driving commercial activities and promotions throughout the year
• Follow up on leads from field sales team including company events, marketing webinars, website contact forms
• Support clinical education events by promoting events with customers and driving event registration
• Attend sales meetings, exhibitions/conferences, company events as required
• Learn and maintain a personal level of product knowledge and competence in dental and/or orthodontia medical equipment
• Some travel within New Zealand will be required from time to time to support adhoc customer requests
• Provide all appropriate documentation and reporting via Salesforce

• Previous internal sales experience or strong customer service skills in an outbound environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others
• Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of on-target achievement
• Professional communication skills for workplace
• A high degree of tenacity to problem solve, identify and influence decision makers
• High level of time management skills and a team player

This position is a fully remote position, working from home with some in field visits from time to time. The successful candidate will be provided all technical equipment including laptop, ipad, iphone and other essential equipment.
