This brand distributes solely to insurance brokers across Australia. Property Insurance Plus (PIP) - established in 2009, provides cost-effective insurance protection for investors in the landlord insurance and real estate sectors. This brand distributes to real estate agents and the direct consumer.

As we continue our journey of growth, Proplab offers a hands-on Marketing Professional with the unique chance to shape and elevate these brands in their specialised markets.

About the Role

As the Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the following areas:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to SGUA and PIP’s unique niches and offerings. Lead the creation of compelling and informative content, encompassing blog posts, social media campaigns, email communications, and more. Utilise your skills in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, to ensure Proplab’s digital presence remains innovative and influential. Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our websites to ensure a user-friendly and up-to-date online presence. Continuously improve and optimise the customer journey, enhancing touchpoints to provide an exceptional experience. Effectively manage and allocate marketing budgets, ensuring a strong ROI. Analyse marketing data and results to make data-driven decisions and adapt marketing efforts for continuous improvement. Successfully manage and coordinate relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

About You

We are looking for an individual who embodies the following characteristics and qualifications:
Demonstrated experience within the marketing/communications space, ideally in a broad, hands-on generalist role. Proven success in contributing to and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong communication, project management, and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with multiple stakeholders Proficiency in online and offline marketing channels. Experience with managing budgets and reporting on data.
