Description

CSA seeks a Senior Networks Administrator to support Directorate of Operations (A3), Flight Operations Division (HQ A3T) at Langley AFB, VA.

This position is contingent upon award.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
• Support all computer and network requirements for over 250 classified and unclassified systems, to include IA, EMSEC, and COMSEC requirements, and Tiers I and II Desk Top support.
• Maintain unclassified NIPRNET and classified SIPRNET administrative privileges and permissions for JBLE-Langley AFB.
• Maintain DoD 8570 baseline certification training for IAT Level II (Security+) and all Information Technology Equipment Custodian (ITEC), Unit Software License Manager (USLM), Client System Administrator (CSA), and Cybersecurity Liaison (CL) annual training requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair computer systems or subsystems, to include data recovery.
• Develop training to educate users on new capabilities or changes to current
• hardware/software configurations.
• Develop plans, and assist with periodic exercises, to test users’ response to security threats and ensure all users understand Information Assurance and Protection.
• Develop and maintain web content on both the unclassified AF Portal and SIPRNET servers.

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• 5 years of experience providing systems and network administration and oversight for an organization with over 250 classified and unclassified computing systems and peripherals.
• IAT Level II certification IAW DoD 8570.
• 5 years of experience in LAN administration, desktop support, IA, and cybersecurity.
• 1 year of experience with AF MAJCOM level Network Administration and equipment custodian duties.
