Job Description

Job Title： Project Engineer

Department: EMSI

Category: Direct- Service

Reporting to PM

Main Responsibilities:
• Assist PM to complete LEED, WELL, CGBL, etc. consulting services, including:
• Project submittal
• Project meeting and meeting minutes
• Project documents
• Other relevant works

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor or above degree on Architectural, HVAC Engineering, Water supply and Sewerage Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Building Sustainable Science or other related major.
• Candidates with experience on building sustainability consulting, green building consulting, energy saving and low carbon consulting, environmental science, building engineering or similar background is preferred.
• Familiar with LEED, WELL or CGBL standard is preferred.
• Good in English reading and writing. Listening and speaking skill in English meet daily communication requirement.
• Interested in green building, healthy building, environmental protection, and sustainable development. Able to work efficiently in these areas.
• Candidate shall perform good capability in self-management, teamwork spirit, independent thinking, and problem-solving skill.
• Can work under pressure.
