Description
As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will be collaborating closely with both our AI Research Scientists, Software Engineers and our clients to bring our cutting-edge AI research solutions into production. The main responsibilities of yours include building strong application expertise of our products and working alongside our customers to understand their problems to provide outstanding professional support, bridging the gap between our R&D team and the customers. You will build a strong understanding of clients needs and guide them towards utilising additional AI technologies that will benefit their business and help them to scale up and increase their competitive advantage.

• Collaborate closely with our product team and R&D team to build a solid understanding of our AI Speech and Multimodal product line
• Work closely with the researchers and engineers to steer the direction of product development that fits the best with our customers’ needs
• Identify existing or potential issues in the products and be able to provide clear feedback and solve the problems together with the team
• Develop effective communication and organisational skills to represent Emotech in the best possible manner
• Travel both internationally and domestically to work with the customers on-site
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial working experience in the relevant fields
• Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related
• Basic software programming knowledge of Python and additionally Shell Scripting, C++, Rust in Linux environment
• Good sense for dealing with large amount of data (Data Management)
• Basic DevOps knowledge, e.g. Docker and Kubernetes
• Basic digital signal processing knowledge e.g. speech, vision
• Professionally proficient in English
• Strong passion and communication skills to work in a client-facing environment

• Understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch and ONNX etc)
• Understanding of Speech Deep Learning toolkits (HTK, Kaldi, wav2vec, etc)
