What you’ll be doing...

Continuous improvement efforts drive our business and you will be part of a team that builds technical solutions to make our business even better. In the role as UI/UX Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting new, exciting, and compelling digital experiences for our customers. Your role will involve using visual design to communicate broad ideas and to develop engaging consumer experiences.
• Spearheading initiatives to architect and craft new user experiences and establishing high-level roadmaps and achievements for migrating legacy user interfaces.
• Detailing and refining reusable patterns to be adopted across a suite of modular applications.
• Collaborating with marketing partners and product stakeholders to conceptualize content and develop roadmaps for deployment.
• Working closely with UI team to rapidly wireframe, prototype, and iterate a variety of interfaces including user management, navigation models, CRUD, analytics and data visualizations.
• Researching and analyzing customers, partners, users and competitors to identify personas, and develop content accordingly.

What we’re looking for...

You’re comfortable working with “big picture” ideas, and translating business requirements and high-level design concepts into visually compelling mediums. At the same time, you have an ability to focus on the smallest details and enjoy transforming ambiguous ideas into innovative content for customers. As a skilled communicator and negotiator, you work well with partners at all levels of the organization. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and people know you for your ability to manage competing priorities and technical constraints with ease, ensuring that deliverables and timelines and are met. You are a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various web tools. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

You’ll need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of experience.
• Excellent knowledge of wireframing tools (Wireframe.cc, InVision, etc)
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge on Bootstrap, Angular, React, Responsive UI Development would be an added advantage
• Excellent knowledge of visual design and wireframing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Great visual design, time management and multitasking skills.
• Good problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Well read on the new technology and best practices in the market.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• A portfolio of UX design work from pencil and whiteboard, to wireframes and prototypes (blog, Dribbble, Github, etc).
• Demonstrated ability to digest and translate complex technical requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Portfolio examples of SaaS / enterprise applications.
• Previous experience modernizing and migrating legacy interfaces and accommodating third party integrations.
