We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager

Job Responsibilities:
• Check Proforma invoice before opening.
• Communicate with suppliers to arrange proper documentations on time and get confirmation from clearing agent for smooth clearing.
• Coordinate with the bank and insurance company to open the CT/LC.
• Documents retirement negotiation with bank.
• Review weekly shipment status report and share with sales department.
• Weekly update sales team about upcoming material.
• Provide instructions for the consignment unload to which warehouse.
• Electronic Import Form (EIF) arrangement.
• You will be responsible for Final costing.
• Directs and supervise import assistant officer’s tasks and ensure that he/she complete all his/her duties on given timeline.
• Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
• LC limit creation/ renewal with banks.
• As an Import/ Export Manager, you are expected to prepare reports on the performance of your department and suggest improvements that will enhance the company’s profit margins, as well as work closely with other senior department heads for the benefit of the company.
• Any other tasks assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s or Masters' degree in Supply Chain, logistics, or a related field may be required.
• Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Great organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent networking and time management skills.
• Must have good command on Excel
