We are looking for a talented individual that will be responsible for driving supply chain excellence through exceptional data analytics, KPl's, and process improvements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support current PCB shortage efforts by providing support to the tactical team analysis.
• Part of the NXP/Intel allocation process to ensure distribution of chips are balanced for production and service needs.
• Support BSH allocation process to ensure customer orders are executing during supply chain shortages.
• Drive allocation meeting on weekly basis during supply shortages.
• Generates, consolidates and analyzes multiple daily, weekly, and monthly reports across allocations, Planning, Inventory, and Service Level continuum.
• Analyzes Inventory across multiple DC, Plant, and Forward stocking Locations (FSL's) to ensure proper allocation is met for customer orders.
• Supports Demand & Supply Planners through forecast reporting, and related forecast accuracy reporting
• Influences the item A/B/C stratification and SKU rationalization.
• Minimizes excess & obsolete inventory through rigorous stock re-balancing. Drive phase in/phase out planning.
• Work closely with Inventory Planners in achieving optimal inventory management results.
• Promote continuous improvement of forecasting processes and procedures.
• Conducts root cause analysis to understand stock outs/backorders
• Utilize IS solutions (Oracle, QIik, Agile etc.) to streamline Planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with interdependent groups to automate support processes and create cost reduction opportunities wherever feasible.
• Provides support to project teams as needed

Education & Experience:

This role requires a bachelor's degree, and or relevant experience in Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain or Analytics, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
