We are a seed-funded startup focused on using state-of-the-art AI technologies to revolutionize the credit industry. Our team consists of experts in machine learning and software engineers who have worked at top-tier US tech companies like Apple, Amazon, etc , and we are passionate about using AI to improve access to credit information for businesses. We have the product on the market, the first clients, and sufficient runway.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead UI/UX Design: Spearhead the design of intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Establish and maintain the overall design vision of our products.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct comprehensive user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our target audience. Utilize these insights to drive design decisions and create user-centric solutions.
• Design System Development: Build and manage a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all products and facilitating efficient design processes.
• Prototyping and Testing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the founding engineering team to ensure smooth implementation of designs. Provide clear design specifications and guidelines.
• Design Leadership: As a founding member, contribute to strategic decisions regarding product development and company direction. Build and mentor a design team as the company grows.
• Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and explore their potential applications in our products.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Significant experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Proven track record of conducting user research and translating insights into successful design solutions.
• Excellent visual design skills, with an eye for detail in layout, color theory, and typography.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment and contributing to its growth and success.
