He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the RoleHauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is seeking a System Administrator on a full-time fixed term contract to August 2024 covering maternity leave.

The position is based at Tauranga Hospital but there will be a requirement to travel to Whakatāne Hospital at times. The position works across both Maternity Units in Tauranga and Whakatāne.

The primary focus of this role is to provide support following the implementation of a new system called BadgerNet Global.

You will be responsible for providing system support and all associated tasks including upgrade / enhancement support, ongoing system management including user setup and education and monitoring the quality of clinical records.

• Post graduate certificate or studying towards
• Previous experience providing support to users of information systems
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for data integrity
• Be able to learn new systems quickly If you have experience working in a project team environment, been in previous leadership roles or have a knowledge of key business processes within Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty this will be advantageous.
