Description
Botanic Tonics is looking for a Graphic Designer to support our ecommerce team. The role will report to our Chief Marketing Officer and service design needs across digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of experience across digital design including email, web/UX, performance marketing, etc.
What You'll Do
• Design digital ads across channels including Facebook, Instagram, display, and Tiktok
• Design all email communications for growth and retention as well as occasional on-site graphics
• Collaborate with the physical collateral designer to ensure a consistent brand feel across customer touchpoints
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring brand hierarchy to life as we continue to launch new products and expand our portfolio
• Provide meaningful insights into creative design; make recommendations for improvements, new content, new initiatives, opportunities, etc. that will drive business growth
• Maintain a solid knowledge of digital design best practices
Qualifications
• A minimum of 2-3 years of design education/experience and/or a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or related field)
• Experience in marketing, branding, and communications
• Extensive experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere or After Effects (concept, development, and prepress for manufacturing) and proven typographic skills
• Bonus points for experience in paid social advertising
• Deep knowledge and experience working with design principles, design systems, brand guidelines, product, and visual design language
• Ability to apply hands-on skills in brainstorming, storyboarding, concept development, evaluation, and idea refinement
