Job Description

The responsibilities of the position include:
• Developing a data-driven marketing approach to engage customers effectively.
• Coordinating the successful and timely delivery of data integrations and enhancements.
• Building on, coordinating, and delivering personalised communications tests across Email, SMS, Push, in-app, and digital advertising channels.
• Developing, embedding, and regularly reviewing processes to plan and deliver on business requirements effectively.

The Successful Applicant

About you
• Strong experience in CRM and Digital Marketing.
• Email marketing management.
• Demonstrated data driven marketing and analytics expertise.
• Martech literacy, experience leading data and tech integrations and enhancements for personalised communications.
• Retail experience is desirable.
