A Bit About Us

Project Manager needed for full time role in Tulsa! We're a manufacturing company in the commercial HVAC space. You'll be responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of assigned projects. This is a hybrid remote job as well where you can work from home.

This is a permanent position that offers excellent growth opportunities within our organization.

Responsibilities
• Project Management Lead and manage multiple manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Planning and Coordination Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Manufacturing Expertise Possess in-depth knowledge of manufacturing items, processes, and best practices. Apply this expertise to identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget Management Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on project quality.

Qualifications
• Experience as a Project Manager in the Manufacturing industry or equivalent.
• Project Management Skills Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively. Proficient in using project management tools and software.
