YOUR MISSION

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and digital technology, who is passionate about the development of digital products and is willing to contribute to the further success of our multi-tenant SaaS suite and the growth of our company.

You will be steering a cross-functional team and work together with Senior and Group Product Managers, focusing on the implementation of the product roadmap. Together you'll refine, shape and deliver initiatives to continuously expand and improve our products in the digital advertisement space.

You can clearly express complex user requirements, manage your team’s backlog, and help with the prioritization of different initiatives, by constantly aligning to the global product vision and roadmap.

You can connect the dots between your team’s work and Factor Eleven’s business strategy and use that knowledge to drive your team’s work.

You motivate the people around you to improve collaboration, create a sense of urgency, and achieve together the greatest business value, balancing with long-term technical requirements.

To excel as our Product Manager you're a strong communicator, have a deep understanding of your domain, and have strong technical affinity, coordinating timely and effectively across teams and tribes, company stakeholders, and customers/users to move your team’s work forward.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Strategy: Contribute to define, communicate and execute the product vision and strategy together with Senior and Group Product Managers.
• Roadmap Execution: Work together with Engineers, Designers, PMs, and internal stakeholders to execute the user stories and tasks outlined in the roadmap, prioritizing them accordingly.

• Backlog Grooming: Keep an organized backlog, constantly grooming and organizing user stories and tasks with proper Acceptance Criteria, setting up Engineers and Designers for success.

• Technical Expertise: Contribute to the resolution of Helpdesk tickets and bugs, including ticket refinement and occasional database querying.

• Process Improvement: Contribute to shape and sharpen processes and continually improve the current ones.

• Testing and QA: Contribute to End-to-End tests and QA of new features and initiatives and give the final go to releases in your team.

• Metrics and Analytics: Help shape and sharpen product KPIs to ensure measurable success of delivered features and initiatives.

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years' experience as product owner or product manager in agile environments
• Excellent analytical skills and pragmatic service-oriented personalityKnowledge of current tools and techniques of Product development as well as agile methods (Lean, Scrum, Kanban)
• Pronounced communication abilities that help you to align with stakeholders and understand complex problems, incl. concise writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to recognize relationships and dependencies between features, teams and implementations
• Willingness to learn about an ever-changing field
• Technical affinity and interest in deepening technical aspects of our digital products, including QA and database querying
• Proven responsibility for product, backlog and development team management

• Proactive, motivating team player with entrepreneurial mindset

• Working knowledge of product delivery management, release management and SDLC

• High proficiency in English

Optional, but highly welcome traits:

• Prior work experience in the digital advertisement space
• Certification as Product Owner, Scrum Master or similar
• Technical background or good knowledge of modern web and cloud technologies
