Job Description
Broad Functions
• Involved in implementation new hardware system, administrator and maintain all servers.
• To assist and support of company system requirements
• Perform systems monitoring and preventive maintenance tasks
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
This job is responsible for delivering the organization outcome as stated:
• To involve in the implementation, maintenance IT system.
• Monitor server’s system performance and resource utilization (Windows and Linux)
• To recommend solution to improve or enhance server system performance
• Ensure the daily operation of computer administration such as backups for Windows and Linux; report generation and computer equipment tracking are performed.
• To maintain and housekeep the Data Center.
• To support and implementation software and hardware upgrade as and when necessary.
• Ensure the safety aspects of the work area under his / her supervision
• Implement special projects which are systems related
Authority
In order for the incumbent to deliver the expected outcome, the incumbent is authorized to perform the following:
• Perform assigned work to achieve deliverables committed to organization goals in accordance to this job description and in compliance with work rules and ethics and compliance policies of the Company
• Report anomaly or non-compliance in relation to Ethics and Compliance policies of the Company
• Report near-miss, close-call and work safety violations in relation to workplace health and safety regulations
• Report product / production irregularity, anomaly, defectives in relation to product quality assurance

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or Information Technology
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or Information Technology with 7 years of experience System administration functions or
Other Requirements
- Personal computer workstation and peripherals troubleshooting and simple repair
- Software and hardware evaluation and purchase recommendation
- Attend relevant work-related seminars or product review
- Recovery of the file system and user data in the event of data corruption
- To support other IT staff in the system integration, implementation and other IT related matters.
- Test and install security patches to all systems.

- Experience using Vmware service
- MS window server experience
- SCCM patch management
- HPE and Dell hardware support.
