About the Role:

We are looking for a Front End Developer in Auckland to support Spark's front end applications. You will be responsible for building user-friendly, scalable, and performant applications. No two days will look the same, as you will work with a breadth of teams, learn different parts of the business, and work with people throughout the country!

Day to day you will:
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, responsive web applications using React and Node.js.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, testers, and the product team to create beautiful, functional user interfaces for our customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest in the front-end world and collaborate with the Web development chapter to keep our development practices world-class.

What experience you'll bring:
• Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js and CSS (styled-component).
• 4+ years of professional experience building front-end applications.
• Understanding of unit testing with React testing library, continuous integration, deployment & monitoring.
• Experience with DevOps with cloud CI/CD pipelines is a bonus.
• Team player, growth mindset, positive attitude.
