The Digital Marketing Specialist drives digital marketing campaign efforts supporting our Americas Digital and Events Marketing team within the Field Marketing organization. This role will support the scaled services team and sales partners with a high volume of low touch digital builds, implement best practices across our intake mechanisms, drive adoption of existing programs, and support the measurement and analysis. This role will influence marketing and sales led campaigns with thought leadership and scalable solutions to ensure campaign goals align with defined leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role will effectively manage multiple competing priorities and campaigns, be detail and customer obsessed, and have a proven track record of building and executing digital builds.

Key job responsibilities
• Use marketing automation tools to drive lead generation and engagement campaigns at scale.
• Drive process and productivity improvements which enable supported digital queues to scale with high bars on quality and efficiency.
• Write documentation and lead trainings to educate internal stakeholders on intake mechanisms.
• Utilize digital intake, planning tools, and process infrastructure to enable a streamlined operating model for light touch digital campaigns.
• Partner with internal AWS marketing teams and external agencies to ensure campaign setup and execution process consistency.
• Develop and analyze digital channel performance metrics to drive future marketing decisions and optimize lead acquisition and activation strategy.
• Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with Campaign Managers and Field Marketing stakeholders to ensure clarity on strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for digital campaigns.

Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• 1+ years of experience in a high-tech B2B digital marketing role building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketo, Salesforce, or comparable system

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in marketing or marketing research
• Experience using data visualization tools
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications or 4+ years of experience in Marketing

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $113,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
