Description

Responsible for counter sales and customer relations. Interacts with customers to manage any issues and resolve problems.
Provides training and support to new counter staff.
Ensures merchandise displays are stocked and clean.

Under limited supervision, relies on experience and exercises independent judgment to determine best approach to achieve desired outcomes. Course of action is often determined by interpreting procedures and policies. Is sought out and/or assigned to provide general guidance/direction, training, and technical assistance to junior level support personnel. Contributes to employees professional development but does not have hiring/firing authority.

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older
2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, selling or related field.
Experience using sales order computer software, familiarity with Eclipse.
