NYS Regents Awards for Children of Deceased and Disabled VeteransApplicant must be enrolled full time in a New York state school or college, be a New York resident at the start of the term for which payment is requested, and be the child of a veteran who served in the U.S. Armed Forces during specified periods of war or national emergency, and, as a result of service, died or suffered a 40% or more disability, was a POW, or is currently classified as MIA.
